Yes. The Free plan lets you build games, run small live sessions and generate printable cards, with RoomZing branding included.
Pro raises your participant and printable card limits, adds your logo and full brand colours, removes RoomZing branding, and keeps session history and completion analytics.
Yes. Paying annually works out cheaper than paying monthly across the year.
Cancel any time from the billing portal in your account. Pro stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for, then your account returns to Free limits with your games kept. If you've been charged in error or something didn't work as described, email hello@roomzing.com — refunds are assessed case by case and your statutory consumer rights always apply.
You can pay in GBP, USD, EUR, CAD, AUD or NZD. We preselect the currency that suits your region and you can change it before checkout. Whichever currency you choose, you get exactly the same Pro plan.
In GBP, EUR, AUD and NZD the price you see is the total you pay: £9/£90 are tax included where applicable, €15/€150 include VAT, and A$24/A$240 and NZ$29/NZ$290 include GST. In USD and CAD any applicable sales tax is calculated and added at checkout based on your billing details.
