Using RoomZing

By creating an account or using RoomZing, you agree to these terms. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement, and you're responsible for the content you create and share through the service, including prompts, logos and brand colours.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use RoomZing to create or share content that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or that infringes someone else's intellectual property or privacy. We may suspend or remove content or accounts that breach these terms.

Plans and billing

RoomZing offers a Free plan and a paid Pro plan, described on our pricing page. Pro is billed by card monthly or annually in advance. You can upgrade, update your payment details or cancel at any time from your account billing page; cancelling keeps Pro until the end of the period you have paid for, after which the account returns to Free limits without deleting your games.

Cancellation, refunds and your consumer rights

You can cancel Pro yourself at any time from the billing portal linked on your account billing page. A cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, so you keep Pro until then. After that your account returns to Free limits and your saved games, prompts and session history are kept, not deleted.

If something has gone wrong — a duplicate charge, a renewal you did not expect, or a plan that did not work as described — contact us at hello@roomzing.com with the email address on the account and roughly when you were charged. Outside your statutory rights, refunds are considered case by case and assessed fairly on the circumstances rather than by a fixed rule.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law. If you are a consumer in the UK or EEA you may have a right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days. Where you have expressly asked for the digital service to start immediately and acknowledged that starting it may affect that right, the way the withdrawal right applies can differ, and any amount refundable may reflect the service already supplied. We will always apply the law that gives you the stronger protection.

Your content

You retain ownership of the prompts, logos and other content you upload. You grant us a licence to store and display that content solely to provide the RoomZing service to you and the participants you invite.

Availability and liability

We aim to keep RoomZing available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. RoomZing is provided as-is, and to the extent permitted by law we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll update the "last updated" date above when we do.
